Who is really running our company? This morning when we had our client info junket the main bosses were late. I had to give the orders to have the event start.... This is the most un organized venture ever. Now that our company is in full swing on all the accounts the stuff that comes out of HIS mouth, is really hitting the fan. He lied to a team partner and I and then lied again to change his story. We are not stupid... damn it. Another division of the company took some funds from us and I had to go in and either get it back or negotiate a fair trade of services and goods. That took all day... (play circus song in your head) . I had four meetings on top of that. Sigh. Is this why we don't have kids? To sum it up.... people are talk and others actually put their ass out on the line with you.

My "summer" resolution was to come home and leave it at work and what ever came home with me.... dump it right here.


I came home and made fried chicken and mash potatoes for my husband... and a hot wing type sauce. We went outside, he watered the tomatoes and pumpkins... I brushed my dog and mowed the grass.... as it got dark I put on the sprinklers and came inside. Here I am... I feel so much better.

I'm going to Change my last name. I've been married to my husband coming on 3 years. Poor kitty does not know which name to take. Mine or my husbands. So now as my husband puts it... "we will be a family". I would like to hyphenate it, but I'm not sure if they do that still.

My boss has not changed.
Okay... I have vented. It's only day one of our new project... a multimillion dollare endeavor(which includes the bills)


Can I change a co worker.... for a new one?

I'm interviewing two interns on Monday. I hope they work out well.

I just haven't had the desire to Blog lately. This was a fun yet busy summer and I still have so much to do. Oh well.

Laup just called, his mom is in the hospital. She was taken there last night. They don't know what's wrong with her. He sounded very worried.

Here are some additional pictures I took. I was really taken by the tree above the house. It was almost like a canopy. Of course I had to take a picture of the palms outside our room window.

We went on vacation this last week. Here are some of the photos we took. A group of us went. It was nice to spend some quality time with our friends, however there were some how were unable to make it. We were scheduled for various "classes", so we met up every other night for a 3 hour dinner. We spent more time with the the Laup's. We went night swimming with them and hung out in their "room". Overall it was a great getaway. I look forward to this getaway every year. The weather was great. Some days were a little more cloudy then others. The food was good. I think I received my fill of seafood for the moment.

In other news, I'm starting the new fiscal year. The company and DIVA hope for wonderful results. We are re constructing the company. I just hope the CEO is ready for it. We have lost about a dozen contracts this last year. It's time to pull it all together.
