It's been almost a month since I blogged last. Lucy's divorce is well on it's way, I found a kitten in my front yard and there was another car accident on my street.



I had a great meeting last week. There are four "businesses" in my "district" that are similar to mine and two that are larger then then the four of us combined. Well the "coordinators" all convened for a meeting to talk about plans for expansion and an across the board advertisers for our companies. All I can say is "What a great group of people to work with. We are very alike yet so different at the same time. Well all share the same passion for "DIVA". DIVA is my life in a way. I have been with them since I was 14 years old. I now run my own "DIVA".


Just as the name states, this job and the people above and below me can be real divas.

Lucy and I went to the court house to file her papers for divorce. The court house is an interesting place. I have only been there for jury duty and on a field trip when I was in High School.

We walked into the court house and passed through the metal dectectors. We walked towards the "family law" area, quickly made friends with the security guard. The people that surrounded us were very interesting. We were defiantly out of place.

Lucy has to go back again (the third time), which will hopefully be the last time.

It's spring break. Thank goodness. My husband and I joined our friends/Co-workers at a local restaurant and bar. It was a change from our normal routine. We never go out to happy hour. We ate, laughed and drank. It was a lot of fun. We were all talking together, separately, at once... it was fun. We informed that one my "neighbor" that one of the persons at our school carries on extracurricular activities with her husbands knowledge and she almost fell off her stool. We discussed our leopard print, G-string, deadbeat co- worker and how he (yes, he) didn't carry his weight yesterday. Blue Mesa Margaritas... yum.

Good News- What is good news? Something that brings a smile to your face... right?


Lucy's husband told the kids today that he had good news for them... Lucy stopped him and told the girls that it was not "good news". They think they are going to Disneyland. She pulled him aside and asked what he was thinking. He stated that moving out was "good news" because he would not be "grumpy" anymore.


She's going to tell the girls about the divorce this weekend.
