Tick Tick Boom

My husband is playing the bass guitar in the living room. Yes, he picked up another instrument. He is very talented. I'm sitting here reflecting. Brain dump...

We were on lock down today. I heard a helicopter in the distance and thought to myself, hmmm... I should go to another office to be around people. Something is wrong, but I continued to work. Once more, I thought, hmmm I should go somewhere to be with people. By the time I gathered some work our security team announced a lock down. Too late, all alone in my office. The police were chasing two robbery suspects and advised our security to lock down the buildings. I happen to be alone in my office... a little scary. I sat on the floor, against the wall away from my door. Then we received another message. This is a lock down. Do not open your doors, do not leave the building, do not leave your offices. I heard running, muffled voices, outside. Then the "click" "click" of shot guns. I thought to myself those are real guns out there. I heard the walkie talkies, sirens, more clicking. The police cleared the area ...

I'll finish later...I just remembered, I needed to finish something else first.

Okay... It was a false alarm. The cops did a great job. There was no assailant on our premises. Thank goodness.
