Happy Autumn
Another beautiful day in the Valley, windy, but beautiful.
However... Late September and always October.... we get this.....
It took Lucy 1hr to get home today.... it usually takes her 20 min. The fire is on the other side of the freeway from her housing development. Around the time she moved in we both wished for her mothers house and her own house to burn... to teach her a lesson... be careful for what you wish for.
Real Quick
We made homemade pizza's for dinner today. My husband came to pick me up from work today and we watered our plants. We lead a simple life when it comes to the week days. Weekends are our fun days, however sometimes they do come with work. Last night I scrap booked some more. I have been doing a little every night in order to de stress. Work is going smoothly. Lots of stuff to do and little or no time to do it in. Without our Ms. Arizona, I have been taking up a lot of the slack. Oh my, I wish I new the laws a little better. Well, I'm looking at my cat in the hallway, my husband is going through his new playlist on his I pod and I'm about to go put laundry away. As my co-workers say... you don't have kids. That's right.

The view from my back door
It was cloudy, chance of rain and thunder storms today. It was in the high 80's and humid. I took this picture today around 5:30, 5:45ish.
My bunny died.
It rained a little during his last breaths. Then it stopped. He died. He was very old. Stroke, maybe. He was a third hand- me - down. Who know how many owners he had before me. I could tell his time was coming. He was not himself. Today when I came home from work he had already had an episode... he was partly paralyzed. His breathing slow. Then it was over. I talked to my husband about taking him in to be put down, but we were surprised this happened so fast. He was fine on Thursday. sigh. Today's Monday.
Another day
I had a great day. My husband and I did nothing today. He took a nap. I took a nap, I felt a little ill. I played with the cats, cleaned out the papers from the office and showered. I read a couple of magazines and went out to eat with my husband. Hmmm. nice. He's looking into a new job at a local UC. (university califronia) I hope he gets it. We can then buy a house. My mom came home from Arizona. Life is great.
